Local Table Tennis players in Watford are getting a welcome boost from their local Table Tennis Blog!!
The purpose built Table Tennis blogsite enables local players to check their results, league tables and averages as you would expect. The site is enriched further by encouraging players to send in Match reports, pictures and videos and participate in lively debate on how the league and various other Table Tennis events are run and managed... but another unexpected benefit is starting to emerge!
TALKING... the blog site has got players talking and as result we could find many other interesting developments. One great example... Russell Davies (WWCC B) recently won a lucrative contract to re-decorate a fellow Table Tennis player's mother's house (well part of it anyway)... something only come about as players talk to each other and find out what they do outside of Ping-Pong!
Of course not everyone will speak to everyone else, but the Blog now gives all of the Watford Table Tennis players a chance to let others know what they do... for example looking for a reliable good plumber then did you know Graham Gorb (Jets - Cougars) is a plumber?? I didn't until last week!
Why not promote your business and help the development of Table Tennis in Watford at the same time? There are lots of opportunities on the Blog to do just this... so why not contact Stuart Seaholme ( sseaholme@hotmail.co.uk ) or me Chris Ogle ( chris.ogle@watford.tabletennisblogs.com ) to find out more.

Hi cHRIS. Its a shame the lucrative contract went to Russell Davies because I am the best decorater in the Watford area and beat any quote by 15%! lol.
But actually I proof read and re write if neccessary, articles in a Banking magazine. Even tho I understand none of it! Is that of use to anybody? :)
The article on advertising and sponsors made me want to ask why one third of the leagues' funds is in a current account. Wouldnt it be better to have it all in a savings account to maximise interest because money can be transferred instantly at the push of a computer button to the Current account when needed, if both accounts are in the same bank/BS.?
Is the treasurer allowed to comment?
